SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Supply Chain VP, this role leads decision-making process for demand & inventory planning with all cross-functional teams, working closely with other departments, sales, marketing & product management, service and accounting to meet company objectives. The role develops inventory planning strategy for the US warehouses, ensuring the regional demand and fill rate of 95% is achieved on the top 25 SKU’s, 90% fill rate on all others, while keeping the aged inventory and overall working capital at optimum levels. The role has direct impact on company main objectives of 1) Being a reliable Supplier 2) Being easy to business with 3) Profitably revenue growth. Our Home is seeking a highly motivated Demand Planner to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand forecasts, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels.

The Demand Planner is responsible for developing demand forecasts to purchasing raw materials and the production of finished products. This role will work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, and Production teams to make sure inventory levels are maintained and planned.
