Content Operations Specialist

Our client in the tech industry is hiring a Content Operations Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Manage Content Ops processes, workflows, and systems including DAM, project management instance, and content calendar
• Build and maintain documentation for processes and workflows, socializing these where necessary with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and adherence
• Partner with Content Strategists to develop a steady cadence for auditing our in-market content and asset repository, leading optimization and updates to ensure accuracy and brand-consistency
