The Clinical Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented healthcare professionals specializing in behavioral and intellectual challenges to join our clinical team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating offers. Your ability to work with urgency and drive results will ensure we develop a talented and diverse pipeline of employees who align with our company culture and values.
