Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Clinical Recruiter to join the Atria team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion of that time spent recruiting for clinical roles such as, Mid-levels (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants) , Registered Nurses (RNs), technicians, and Medical Assistants. Additionally, experience in recruiting for corporate roles such as accounting, customer care, and sales is advantageous. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to a tech start-up. The recruiter will be based in our Manhattan headquarters and will be on-site most days to collaborate with our clinical teams and ensure we provide the same level of exceptional service to our hiring managers as they do to our members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Clinical Recruitment:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical positions for our NYC, PB and other future locations
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the high standards of care and service required by Atria Institute.
- Partner with the People team and company leadership to develop and iterate innovative recruiting strategies to attract, acquire and retain top-tier clinical talent.
Corporate Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in recruiting for corporate roles such as accounting, customer care, sales, concierge and other roles
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and healthcare.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Utilize data to drive decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
Location: Onsite 100% in our New York office
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with significant experience in clinical recruitment.
● Proven track record of successfully recruiting for clinical roles such as APPs, RNs, Radiology Technicians, and Medical Assistants.
● Experience recruiting for corporate roles is highly desirable.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to start-ups.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
● Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
● Experience and knowledge using LinkedIn recruiter.
