Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., a leading provider of services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, is dedicated to fostering independence, inclusion, and personal growth for our participants. We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Recruiter to join our team. The Clinical Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented healthcare professionals specializing in behavioral and intellectual challenges to join our clinical team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating offers. Your ability to work with urgency and drive results will ensure we develop a talented and diverse pipeline of employees who align with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc.
- Source candidates use a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to executive team
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process and attend interviews with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience as a clinical recruiter
- Understand the healthcare sector, roles, qualifications, and certifications for various positions
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure smooth recruitment process
