- Provide administrative support for program activities and events

- Office duties will include answering phones, replying to emails, and interacting with customers face to face

-On field instructing and coaching of youth classes starting at age 2 and camps that continue until age 14.
- Facilitating birthday parties as a coach and host
- Booking rentals for field space

- Opening and closing of the building

- Monitoring cash/check/credit transactions

Requirements

- Previous experience working with children
- Customer service experience
- Must be energetic and affable
- Physically active
- High School diploma or GED

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Associate Program Director is responsible for the implementation of TVHC’s New Graduate NP / PA Training Program. Working as a collaborative partner with the Chief Medical Officer, the incumbent provides analysis and recommendations for improvement within the program. In addition, the position works internally to represent the programs/projects for the effective integration of multidisciplinary patient/client services across multiple departments. Based on the discretion of the Chief Medical Officer, the Associate Program Director may represent the Clinic to external stakeholders acting as a liaison for TVHC.
