Administrative Intern

This position will be responsible for providing cross-functional administrative projects for HR, IT and Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in organizing the company’s relocation to a new office location. 

• Provide relocation planning and preparation assistance for multiple company divisions.

• Assist with department packing schedules.

• Create a labeling system for transferring files to the new office.

• Set up packing system for moving company documentation.

• Shred hardcopies of documents that are no longer needed for retention.

• Prepare conference rooms and offices for relocation.
