Position Overview 
As an assistant to the CEO and Administrative Support Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. You’ll work closely with the founding team and key stakeholders to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks essential to our productivity. 

Responsibilities 

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for executives, ensuring timely updates and minimizing conflicts. 
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including sending invites, setting up virtual conference links, and organizing materials. 
  • Communication Support: Act as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring prompt responses to scheduling inquiries. 
  • Document Organization: Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documents related to administrative operations. 
  • Task Prioritization: Assist in tracking deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure project milestones are met. 
  • General Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day tasks that contribute to the efficiency of the team. 

Requirements

Requirements 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

    • Interest in startups, AI, or technology. 
    • Previous experience in administrative roles or internships. 
    • Familiarity with productivity tools like Slack, Trello, or Notion.
