Administrative and Office Manager

·      Manage and stay on top of multiple projects at once, as this role is extremely dynamic.

·      Ensure office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by answering the phone, receiving packages, ordering products, and managing ongoing projects.

·      Receive and check in samples and inventory.

·      Manage schedule for office interns.

·      Book travel arrangements and various appointments for team members.

·      Schedule contractors and/or vendors. Request and manage multiples quotes and compare pricing for projects.
