Accounting Administrative Assistant

Provides administrative support for the accounting department. Administration and review of monthly receipts related to the corporate purchasing cards; journal entries, account reconciliations, deposits, coding of bills, emails, filing, copies, scanning; and other related functions that are performed daily in support of the accounting department.

Essential Duties:

1.    Exhibits regular and punctual attendance.

2.    Maintains accounting records by data entry, filing, scanning, and other methods.

3.    Administration and review of monthly receipts related to the corporate purchasing cards.

4.    Account reconciliations.

5.    Daily journal entries as needed.

6.    Daily deposits and bank runs.

7.    Performs various clerical duties for the accounting department.
