We have an immediate opening for a physician to provide patient and family consultation services for our Palliative Care Program, with primary focus on building a robust community-based program and partial rotation with a local community hospital. S/he will act as a medical resource person to the interdisciplinary team and assure overall quality and continuity of the Palliative Care Program using best practices and evaluating patient care outcomes.
