Program/Project II Manager (Contingent)

First Division Consulting is seeking a Program/Project Manager II to fill a role located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division.

The contractor will be required to perform the following task(s):

• Lead and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely completion, resource allocation, and effective risk management.
• Responsible for planning, execution, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Manage a team, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to project goals and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Systems Management, or related technical field.
• Clearance Requirement: TS
• Certification Requirement: IAM 3
• 10 years of experience managing IT or network projects, with expertise in Ethernet LANs, enterprise network architecture, virtualization, cloud solutions, and WAN technologies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and hands-on IT operations.
