The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Luxium’s compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that the company attracts and retains top talent by providing competitive compensation packages and comprehensive employee benefits. The manager will analyze market trends, administer employee programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
