Full Job Description
The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Luxium’s compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that the company attracts and retains top talent by providing competitive compensation packages and comprehensive employee benefits. The manager will analyze market trends, administer employee programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role will also support the HR Systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefit Program Management: Lead and execute the design, implementation, and administration of the benefit programs including health insurance, retirement programs, and leave administration.
- Compensation Program Management: Continually review and benchmark the compensation strategy to ensure a competitive advantage and aligns to the business strategy.
- HR Systems and Data Management: Support the HR function as the SME of HRIS to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Project Management: lead and manage HR projects such as implementations, process improvements, audits, and employee communication / engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- 3+ years of leave administration
- 3+ years manufacturing/ multi-site environment
- Working knowledge of compensation and benefit laws and regulations – federal, state, local
- Strong business acumen with understanding of financial statements and effects of budget responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
