About the Role

The Director Player Development is responsible for executing the casino player marketing strategy to increase premium players, their visits and their loyalty.

Position Responsibilities

• Understands and explains Ocean Casino Resort programs to customers.
• Emphasizes the rewards and benefits of the Loyalty Card Program to promote customer awareness
• Responsible for generating gaming revenue through direct mail, telemarketing and networking with new, inactive and existing customers
• Arrange and attend on and off-site player events
• Tracks, analyzes and manages win and losses to determine “comp-worth.”
• Extend complimentary services to players when appropriate and within established guidelines.
• Ensure the protection of customer’s rewards and credit lines
