We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Talent Development to join our esteemed client, Keller Executive Search, based in Jersey. As the Director of Talent Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive talent development strategies to nurture and grow the organization's talent pool.

You will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to identify learning and development needs, create impactful training programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of talent development strategies that align with the organization's goals and values.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify talent development needs and design tailored programs to address them.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to source and implement external training solutions when necessary.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of talent development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
