The primary role of the Scheduler of Ready Set Connect is to maximize the efficiency and productivity of three ABA Centers

Job Description

·         Strategically schedule client hours and needs to maximize the services the centers render, both in center and in schools

·         Maximize staff billable hours to increase productivity and client services

·         Create full time staff schedules that meet the ever-growing demand for client services

·         Manage overtime spend to less than 5 hours per week by proper scheduling of time

Work with the GSM team to develop and manage forecast for long range planning while considering current materials, lead-time and manned capacity.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and implement system and process improvements within scheduling to enable overall business process improvements.
• Further develop existing forecasting tools and process through application of innovative ideas and projects. 
• Convey and negotiate Master Production Schedule to assure schedule achievability.
• Drive, promote and develop positive communication to entire constituents.
• Review and update forecast and master schedule to include establishment of planning calendar to assure standard updates to Master Production Schedule every month.

We are seeking to hire a Scheduler to coordinate services between clients and caregivers for the continuous fulfillment of the schedules to best meet the client's needs. The scheduler is responsible for all caregivers’ interactions.  The scheduler ensures proper staffing of all client’s cases with field employees and works closely with the clinical directors to ensure client satisfaction with services. 

This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, 32 hours per week, on-site position.

This position will remain open through the end of day on May 1st, 2024.
