Administrative Assistant in New Hampshire

The Administrative Assistant provides a wide variety of essential administrative support and clerical support to facilitate the efficient operation of the 1911 Office, LLC, a single-family office based in Keene, NH.  Core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Providing clerical services including scanning, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
• Coordinating filing system according to approved 1911 Office procedures to maintain the current electronic and hard copies in a timely, efficient manner. Ensuring files are up-to-date and clearly and consistently marked for easy access.  
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, including sending calendar invitations and setting up Zoom links. 
• Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and e-mails as requested.
