At AdvisaCare, we are committed to providing exceptional home health care services to our patients. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that benefit information, initial authorizations, and patient liability are obtained prior to the start of care.

Key responsibilities include verifying insurance coverage, documenting patient information accurately, obtaining necessary authorizations, and coordinating scheduling of clinical staff. You will also collaborate with discharge planners, referral sources, and insurance providers to ensure smooth patient placement and service initiation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in home health care, insurance verification, and medical billing is preferred but not...
