RMC is hiring an experienced Graphic Designer to support the fast-paced environment at NSWC Indian Head’s Corporate Communications Division providing the Command with both internal and external facing graphics and visual imaging products.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in fine arts, communications, graphic design or related field. An Associate’s Degree (AS/AA) and ten (10) years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.

Must have proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), and working knowledge of Microsoft Publisher.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated proficiency in creating, designing, formatting, editing, and maintaining a variety of print and digital media.

 An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start.

RMC is hiring a Graphic Designer to support our customer at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Indian Head.  This is a full-time temporary position, not to exceed 6-months in length. 

The selected applicant will be expected to update and modernize training materials (interactive multimedia PowerPoint presentations with embedded videos, graphics, charts, graphs, and diagrams). The ideal candidate should have a creative eye and experience in graphic design, specifically PowerPoint, and have the ability to enhance the overall visual appeal and professionalism of the presentation slides.

Additional responsibilities may include a limited amount of on-location video capturing and editing support, utilizing commercial computer software such as Adobe Premiere or Apple Final Cut Pro.
