The Instructional Designer will support functional managers in the creation of training materials and tools that develop skills, knowledge, and expertise in their organizations. The ID is responsible for the development and delivery of specific product and application training programs that change behavior and produce results within the Patient Solutions & Services organization.
- Performs a wide variety of professional tasks, which demand a high level of creativity and imagination, as well as a thorough knowledge of the applicable customer needs and expectations.
