Role Details:

• Clinic Hours: M-Th: 7AM - 7 PM; F:7AM - 5PM; no weekends (schedule within these hours will be discussed)
• Full time position: 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours
• Sees on average 18-20 patients per day

• Flexibility in schedule – scheduled 40 hours per week.
• Clinic Hours M- F 7:00am-6:30pm.
• See 18-20 patients/day.
• 15-minute acute visits, 30-minute chronic visits.
• 3 exam rooms
• Medical team includes 4 providers, 11 clinical support staff, 6 therapists, 1 psychiatrist, and 2 PMHNPs. Dental on site too!
