CA/C is the primary financial management office for the Bureau and oversees the Consular and Border Security Program. This position is on the Cost of Service Model (CoSM) team and reports to the CoSM team lead. The incumbent is responsible for process improvement, documentation, evaluation, and fee setting for the CoSM program.
