SPT Labtech has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team. You’ll be based in and covering the Southern California region and have overall responsibility and oversight for the sales success of our product range working alongside our talented commercial team. You'll be a highly organized, proactive Sales Manager with a strong Life Sciences background and solid knowledge of the lab automation/liquid handling product market.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) is responsible for meeting/exceeding all sales expectations in their assigned geography in a compliant and ethical manner. The TBM will play a key role in developing and executing territory strategies, identifying customer needs and driving pull through.

The TBM must demonstrate excellent product and disease state knowledge that allows them to effectively engage with physicians and staff. We are looking for individuals who have a drive and passion for patient centricity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the willingness to work in a highly collaborative, winning culture. They must also be able to work collaboratively with Intercept commercial team members and territory partners. The TBM reports into the Regional Business Director.

The Territory Sales Manager – Off Premise will be responsible for in account field level execution with excellence and provide channel expertise. The Territory Sales Manager will manage resources (POS & local budget) and support consumer events and drive brand visibility for the MJUS brand portfolio for the off- premise. This role requires strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to deliver brand education to accounts. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for proactively managing distributor partners, planning/programming and problem-solving associated with the MJUS brand portfolio. A strong passion for the off- premise is essential for success in this role.

This role will be in the market 80 – 95% (5 days a week in market on average, 2 admin days per month).
