Behavioral Technician in California

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The RBT Conduct Specialist utilizes principles of behavior as aligned to RBT training and credentialing. Reporting to the Program Manager, the RBT Conduct Specialist will be expected to perform client training while implementing individualized programs for adults based on ABA principles that increase communication, self- help, social skills, and employment skills. The RBT Conduct Specialist will present skills across domains that include measurement, assessment, skills acquisition, documentation and reporting, and professional conduct.

When implementing the Behavior Intervention Plan for the participant they are working with during their session or shift, the RBT Conduct Specialist is flexible and responsive to feedback when reporting the assigned Case Manager and/or other supervisor(s) when working to improve the participant and quality of services...
