The Patterns team in Orange County, California is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work on life skills with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Our BTs are trained on executing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach their clients a variety of skills, such as communication, regulating emotions, organization, reducing maladaptive behaviors and more!

Don’t have ABA experience? No worries, we provide all paid, in-house and on-going training!

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center
• Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
• Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
• Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
• Attendance at staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Additional certification may be required based on facility needs
• Must be available for all day training hours
• Available afternoons 2pm-8pm
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients when needed
• Must be able to travel up to 20-25 miles throughout the Orange County, CA area
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• HS Diploma
