The Project Administrator – Complex Projects is responsible for the management of the flow of information from the beginning of the order acceptance process through the entire project lifecycle and handover to customer. Tasks included are order approval process, order compliance and scheduling, billing, purchase orders, and reporting, along with other tasks deemed necessary for successful project execution.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares invoices for billing and any additional documentation required for billing purposes.
- Processes invoices and validates according to project contract documentation.
- Initiates documents for purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Assists Project Managers with the preparation of submittals and operational/maintenance manuals.
- Gathers and records information to assist with process compliance monitoring.
