Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and customer service to clients. You will work closely with our sales team to assist with their needs, answer customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent sales support and customer service to clients
- Study and learn the parts catalog to provide the best support possible
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries
- Assist with order entry, order processing, and tracking shipments
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or customer support role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to different cultures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
