Knight Plumbing is hiring for a part-time Customer Support Rep!
Hiring a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of customer support experience that has excellent office management and computer skills.
As a family business, we are a close-knit group that works diligently to providing quality plumbing, sewer, and drain services to our neighbors. From sump pump problems to fault water heaters to clogged drains and anything in between, there is no problem too big or too small for us to handle.
We are offering between $18 and $20 per hour. The role would be part-time role on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 AM to 4 PM.
Requirements
2+ years of customer service experience
Excellent office management & computer skills
Previous construction or home service experience is a plus
