Assistant Relationship Banker/ CSR

Citizens State Bank is hiring a full-time Assistant Relationship Banker/ Customer Service Rep (Teller) in our Hudson, WI location. Desired candidates will be able to work approximately 35-38 hours per week which will include rotating Saturday shifts. This person may be asked to occasionally travel to fill vacancies in our other branch locations.

If hired, you will be expected to promote and sell all bank deposit products and services to current and prospective customers. The Assistant Relationship Banker/ CSR is expected to provide professional, accurate and friendly customer service while opening accounts, processing customer transactions, and answering phones. Comply with bank policy and federal regulations. Promote bank products and services. Receive and pay out money, and keep records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions. The ideal employee will be able to talk with customers to find a best fit of products to meet his or her needs.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to talk with customers about bank products
• Learn new things quickly and multi-task
• Strong computer skills and able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions
• Hours for the position will vary between 8 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday and Saturdays between 8 AM and 12 PM
• Applicants should also have money handling skills and enjoy working with the public
• Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
