Assistant Relationship Banker/ CSR

Citizens State Bank is hiring a full-time Assistant Relationship Banker/ Customer Service Rep (Teller) in our Hudson, WI location. Desired candidates will be able to work approximately 35-38 hours per week which will include rotating Saturday shifts. This person may be asked to occasionally travel to fill vacancies in our other branch locations.

If hired, you will be expected to promote and sell all bank deposit products and services to current and prospective customers. The Assistant Relationship Banker/ CSR is expected to provide professional, accurate and friendly customer service while opening accounts, processing customer transactions, and answering phones. Comply with bank policy and federal regulations. Promote bank products and services. Receive and pay out money, and keep records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
