Full Job Description
AckerSpray Drone Slaes is seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. Initial responsibilities include assisting in furnishing a new office space in Madison, WI and getting it ready for other team members. After office setup, the administrative assistant will be responsible for providing various administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. His/her direct reporting will be to the owner of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone during business hours and route incoming calls
- Respond to website chat inquiries
- Manage and scan all our incoming mail
- Book travel arrangements
- Assist in preparation of end-of-month financial reports and general bookkeeping
- Attend meetings as required
- Help our creative team create photo and video content
- Help our support team ship products through UPS/FedEx/USPS
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Reconcile and maintain financial records related to administrative expenditures.
- This position requires strong communication and computer skills with the ability to use and learn new technology. All records required by management must be complete, accurate and submitted on time
Requirements
Organization skills
Responsible for keeping the office organized by categorizing files, keeping the office clean and clear of clutter for visitors and staff, and organizing incoming mail. Administrative clerk should also understand how to forward emails to the correct recipient when working in the office’s general email account. May also be responsible for other staff members’ calendars, so they should understand how to create meetings and appointments in a scheduling program.
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience (Preferred)
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience (Preferred)
- Google Drive/Docs/Sheets experience (Preferred)
