We're looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join the first sales team dedicated to selling ECP’s Clinical, CRM, and Billing products into the existing customer base. To date, ECP has sold to existing customers via our existing teams and we’ve reached a point that the total opportunity exceeds the bandwidth of these teams. We are looking for someone with sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment. Having served in the senior living industry is a plus.  

  • Liaise with Customer Success team to identify potential opportunities
  • Qualify sales leads to sell ECP Clinical, CRM, and Billing products into the existing customer base
  • Lead discovery process with prospects to create value and diagnose pain
  • Create tailored product demonstrations to prove the value of ECP’s solutions
  • Negotiate commercial terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Manage transition process for customers that are buying and selling new communities
  • Update internal databases with account information
  • Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents, such as contracts
  • Design and renew sales proposals
  • Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Executives
  • Conduct research on prospective clients
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
  • Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development teams
  • Create detailed reports of campaigns’ results
  • Perform market and competitive research
  • Create new pipeline through cold calling activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns
  • Experience in technology sales is a plus
  • Experience in Senior Living is a plus
