For over 27 years we have been providing our global clients with the industry's most reliable location tracking devices, complementary software analytics and app driven monitoring solutions along with multiple levels of support services.

 

The role of the Office Coordinator entails overseeing the smooth functioning of office materials and supplies. This includes ensuring sufficient inventory levels to support both present and future needs, particularly for participants enrolled in the Electronic Monitoring Program. Collaboration with the Program Manager is essential to align efforts and achieve team objectives effectively. This full-time position is within our customer location at 633 Indiana Ave NW Washington, DC 20004, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

 

Daily Operations:

·        Manage and triage electronic monitoring device inventory

·        Manage and maintain office supplies as needed for the operation

·        Assist with electronic monitoring device installations/deinstallations for monitored individuals as needed

·        Assist with responding to Service Desk tickets

·        Updating and maintaining Service Call logs

·        Assist with producing requested reports from monitoring software

·        Daily interactions with the customer in person, verbally and written

·        Daily face to face interactions with individuals placed on electronic monitoring

Requirements

·        Working basic knowledge of computer operations and standard software applications

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Effective written and verbal communication skills

·        Customer service mindset

·        Ability to work effectively in team and individual situations

·        Ability to maintain confidentiality of agency information

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Ability to pass drug screen and extensive background check
