Exemplar Global is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support to join our remote team. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries through live chat. Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses and delivering quality support that aligns with our company values. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our service offerings and ensure our customers have a seamless experience. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to assist in improving our products and services.
  • Stay informed about new features and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure proper onboarding to enhance their success with our offerings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with live chat tools and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
  • 3+ active savings/checkings bank account is a MUST.
