By leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will collaborate with various teams within our organization to deliver efficient and effective staffing solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop workforce strategies and solutions
  • Monitor and manage the performance of our staffing services, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their staffing requirements
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR or staffing industry
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and presentations
