Requirements

Associate Account Executive: This is where you come in. 

We’re looking for a Special Projects Associate Account Executive who is responsible for effectively supporting the Service Special Projects Area Lead and associated Team. They will be expected to demonstrate a sincere desire to serve our customers and the ability to work with co-workers in a cooperative manner. They are also expected to meet performance standards set by management and to comply with all company policies and procedures. They will report directly to the Service Special Projects Area Lead. The ultimate goal of this role is to transition to an Account Executive role, selling and managing their own work after one to two years. In return for achieving aggressive goals, you’ll get rewarded with more to own, a ton of growth opportunities, and more freedom than you’ve probably ever had.   

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: 

  • Maintain 24-hour response time for all urgent and/or important email correspondence. 
  • Provide accurate and timely project information regarding vendor quotes and field labor estimates. 
  • Assist in all preliminary aspects of the project proposal as requested by Account Executives. 
  • Develop an understanding of project sales and project management. 

The Associate Account Executive role reports to Kevin Wilder – Director of SSP Sales on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Benefits

Compensation: $80,000 base plus vehicle allowance
