About The Position:
As our chosen Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of two manufactured housing communities, Richland and Alyson Manor (461 combined spaces) located in Richland, WA. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support the property management team and foster a positive community environment.

Requirements
To thrive in this role:
1+ years experience managing manufactured housing or multifamily communities of 100+ units
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members
Knowledge of leasing and rental processes, including preparing, processing, and tracking leases and renewals.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate filing systems for resident documents, invoices, and property records
Experience with coordination maintenance requests, logging work orders, and following up with residents and maintenance teams
Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management to coordinate community events, meetings, and maintenance appointments
Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service tailored to the community demographic
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Familiarity with property management software and standard office tools to efficiently manage daily tasks
Must have a valid driver's license
