Tier 2 Analyst

RMC is seeking a confident Tier 2 Analyst who will be responsible for incident response activities throughout the Enterprise. 

The Tier 2 Analyst will investigate, analyze, and respond to cyber incidents. The Tier 2 Analyst will track incidents utilizing the incident management system. 

The Tier 2 Analyst will interact with and support subordinate organizations responsible for similar functions in other geographical regions around the world and will interact with customer stakeholders concerning high-profile cyber incidents and/or insider threat-related investigations.

Requirements

• Active SECRET clearance (DOD) is required to start.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI (DOD TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access) is required. Applicant selected will be subject to security investigation(s) and must maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, engineering, or a related field.
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II certification (Must have ONE of the following certs: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, CND, SSCP). Must be valid/current.
• CSSP Incident Responder (IR) certification (Must have ONE of the following certs: CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA Security, CHFI, CySA+ CE, GCFA, GCIH, SCYBER, PenTest+ CE) within 180 days of start.

Desired

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.

*This position is considered essential and will be required to report during hazardous weather, power outages, fuel shortages, pandemics, and other emergencies.
