Staff Accountant

Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing skilled professionals in accounting and finance roles. Our client, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and timely
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist with tax preparation and filings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
