About the role

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with innovative companies? Are you a strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying top performers in the tech industry? Teramind is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to help drive our company's growth and success.

Your day-to-day

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Source and engage with top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the SaaS / B2B / tech industry
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent for various roles
• Strong understanding of skills and qualifications required for different tech positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
