Full Time Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility

Join our growing team in Sterling, VA, where we provide personalized, one-on-one care to make a real difference in our patients' lives. We’re looking for a positive, energetic, and skilled Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our outstanding team at an Assisted Living Facility.

Work Hours:
Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 short days and 2 long days)

Patient Load:
7 residents per day (35 per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of residents' physical abilities and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, holistic care for residents.
• Create a supportive environment that motivates residents throughout their rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate therapy records using electronic medical records (EMR) software.

Annual Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapy licensure in Virginia.
• Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques and patient-centered care.
• Comfortable using EMR software for documentation.
