Full Job Description
1 Resource Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Parts Coordinator with experience in heavy equipment construction service to support the Richmond, VA area. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.
- Process customer orders and coordinate the shipment of parts
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding parts, pricing, and availability
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Assist in the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Must be ok with spending large amount of time in truck delivering parts to customer sites and invoicing while onsite.
Requirements
Responsibility
- The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a parts or technical support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of parts and inventory management is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required, additional technical certifications or education is a plus
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass drug screen.
