We are seeking a Help Desk Associate to join our growing IT team. The Help Desk Associate will maintain IT processes and procedures for the company with 200+ people.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming IT requests and IT support issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and access to other corporate resources.
- Maintain Help Desk Ticket Management System (SolarWinds)
- Ability to walk end-users through problem-solving process
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly systems checks and monthly account audits
- Manage onboarding & off-boarding process for end-user assets and corporate accounts
Requirements
- 3 years of help desk experience
- Associates / Bachelors, or equivalent certifications
- Experience in working with Microsoft Admin center
- Service Ticket Management
- Manage setup and issue resolution for AV that supports client meetings.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels and with various vendors and contacts outside of the firm
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
