Local private practice healthcare facility seeking Part-Time Front Office Coordinator who has a passion for helping others and is able to self-start and work independently!
Requirements
Excellent Customer Service skills
Positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently and complete daily tasks assigned
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Keeping up with customer accountability
Scheduling clients via google calendar
Answering phones, returning phone calls promptly
Reading and answering emails promptly
Receiving payments and handling confidential payment/credit card information
Keeps client information confidential
Filing
Placing orders for supplements, making lists for supplements needed for specific clients who order
Sending out insurance claims once/week and keeping up with incoming payments
Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
Customer Service/Front Desk/Administrative experience preferred
