Requirements

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key federal clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify, Qualify  and pursue new business opportunities within the federal sector, leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Proposal Management: Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and alignment with client needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, technical staff, and senior leadership, to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales pipelines, and forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, federal regulations, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in federal account management within professional services, with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Current Top-Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
