Requirements

•  Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional certification
•  Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
•  Mastery of a wide variety of kitchen positions and stations 
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for seniors 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills 
• Proficiency in menu planning and cost control 
• ServSafe certification ▪ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays 
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds 
• Compassionate attitude and ability to interact positively with senior residents 
• Ability to read and speak English
