Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
• Foster meaningful relationships with clients through engaging interactions

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain all applicable certifications in accordance with State law including CNA 
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance 
• Experience in a home care, home health or long term health care environment a plus 
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image 
• Must possess skills to make decisions and solve problems 
• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; be able to follow oral and written directions; and ability to maintain confidential information 
• Must comply with State Tuberculosis (PPD) clearances
