We're on the lookout for a dynamic Property Manager to take the reins of our condominium Homeowners Association (HOA) properties, overseeing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the administrative and maintenance operations of our condominium properties, ensuring compliance with HOA guidelines.
- Keep a keen eye on the financial aspects, from budgeting to financial reporting and dues collection, with our accounting team's support.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and landscaping, making sure common areas are in top shape.
- Act as the bridge between HOA boards, homeowners, vendors, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular property inspections, promptly addressing maintenance or safety concerns.
- Enforce HOA rules fairly and consistently.
- Facilitate virtual board meetings, prepare agendas, and deliver updates.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate agreements, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Foster positive resident relationships, handling inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on property management trends, legal requirements, and best practices.

Requirements
- In-Person work at our Burlington, VT office location (virtual work permitted on occasion or to facilitate virtual meetings)
- Preferably some formal education, including an Associates or Bachelor's degree.
- Ideally, 3-5 years of property management experience.
- Willingness to learn HOA laws, regulations, and governing documents.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite or a knack for picking up new software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
