We are looking for an exceptional Assistant to join our growing sales team. If this is you, we want to talk.

The Role: As the Executive Assistant to Sales, you are the backbone to our sales team. Your job is to make sure the sales team has what they need to meet with clients and prospects so they can close business. This job is a combination of administrative, client, and prospect facing. Combining on-the-phone sales skills with the administrative know-how to keep an area organized, leads researched, qualified, set for sales appointments, and the team running full steam ahead.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the sales line and routing calls appropriately
  • Sending introductory information to new leads
  • Researching new leads and verifying qualifications that can be found online (Broker Check, team size, B/D we can work with)
  • Gathering basic pre-qualifying data when possible from new leads that call in (which CRM are they using, what does their team look like currently, etc.?)
  • Ensuring records for all active leads are up to date in our CRM and data management systems
  • Providing administrative support, scheduling and rescheduling appointments for our sales team with interested leads, helping keep our list of active sales opportunities up to date, compiling proposal drafts from templates, proofreading proposals and other sales collateral prior to sending, etc.
  • Marketing, slide presentation, design, copywriting skills are a plus!!!

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
  • CRM software: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Computer literacy: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Inside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • SaaS: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience in Finanacial Services is a plus
